Description
The iris expresses classical beauty in its purest form.
Tonka bean, musk and vanilla provide softness and warmth, while the base of sandalwood and vetiver adds a melodious resonance.
The extraordinary quality of the raw materials used and the mastery of Pierre Bourdon make Iris Poudre a perfume that is always evolving and that one never tires of.
If it were an item of clothing it would be a cashmere sweater, classic, elegant and comfortable.
A great floral aldehyde scent.
The perfumer: After graduating in political science, Pierre Bourdon decided to undertake new studies by enrolling at the Roure Bertrand Dupont perfumery school in Grasse.
He later became the only student of the famous perfumer Edmond Roudnitska.
His professional career began at the Roure in Paris in the late 1970s.
In the 1980s, he revolutionized perfumery trends with his men's fragrance "Cool Water" for Davidoff.
Today, Bourdon is considered one of the most innovative perfumers of his generation.
